Job Summary:
Responsible for the operation of the Sukup Print Shop to develop, execute, and produce high-quality, professional Sukup Manufacturing Co., related materials for our dealer network, Sukup product literature, and various other department needs, as part of a team of marketing specialists and graphic designers.
Essential Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field strongly encouraged. Effective communication, including writing and interpersonal skills, as well as extreme attention to detail are required. Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to perform physical tasks as indicated in key responsibilities
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, and Excel; Adobe products.
Job Duties:
- Operate high-output copy machine and print, label and sign-making equipment, guillotine style and manual paper cutters, laminator, drill press, stapling machines, binding equipment, folders, etc.
- Produce and print literature and various content for Sukup Manufacturing Co., its dealer network, sales team, tradeshows, and on-site/off-site events throughout the year
- Computer-based job review and graphic design
- Monitor print shop inventory; advising when supplies are low, preparing purchase requisitions for the purchase of materials
- Prioritize, process, and assemble print jobs for pickup
- Monitor print room equipment for issues or substandard output and notify necessary maintenance or repair technicians
- Works with various software, upgrading and maintaining proficiency with current trends for design and layout of all types of print jobs, including, but not limited to forms, decals, and signs.
- Digitizing manuals, documents, and other items as required.
- Will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Company on various projects
- Oversee multiple projects and deadlines and use independent judgment to prioritize and organize workload
